The VP / AVP / Senior Director - Aerospace Engineering Services Sales will own and expand one of the organization's largest Aerospace OEM accounts while driving strategic Engineering Services growth across Aerospace & Defense customers.
The successful candidate will develop executive relationships, drive new business, negotiate large Managed Services engagements, grow existing enterprise accounts, collaborate with engineering delivery teams, and execute strategic account expansion initiatives across Aerospace OEM customers.
Key Responsibilities
Own strategic Aerospace OEM accounts.
Grow multi-million-dollar Engineering Services business.
Drive new business development.
Expand existing Aerospace customer relationships.
Develop executive CXO relationships.
Lead large Managed Services pursuits.
Negotiate Fixed-Price Engineering engagements.
Position Engineering Services and Digital Engineering solutions.
Develop long-term account growth strategies.
Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and solution teams.
Prepare executive proposals and presentations.
Lead contract negotiations.
Monitor Aerospace market opportunities.
Deliver revenue, bookings, and pipeline growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
MBA preferred.
15+ years of Sales or Client Partner experience.
8-10+ years of Engineering Services (ER&D) Sales.
Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
Experience managing $20M+ strategic customer accounts.
Experience selling Managed Services and Fixed-Price engagements.
Strong Aerospace OEM relationships.
Strong executive stakeholder management.
Individual Contributor (IC) sales experience.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
