Volkswagen Service Consultant/AdvisorPay Range: $50,000 - $194,000 annually, depending on experienceJob Responsibilities- Meet and greet service customers promptly
- Communicate with customers on options, cost, and timing to complete the delivery of maintenance and repairs
- Professionally address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Inspect vehicles prior to each customer's delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly
- Communicate the results with the customer explaining all completed work and charges
Your Pre-Qualifications- 2 years of automotive service writing experience
- Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships online and in person
- Comfortable working with various dealer software systems
- Must be self-motivated
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be organized, able to multitask and follow-up with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations instructions, and procedure manuals
- Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
