Presentation Designer

Do you enjoy transforming complex ideas into compelling visual stories that inspire action? Lionbridge is seeking a Presentation Designer to join our Creative Services team supporting Cisco Systems' award-winning internal brand agency. In this client-facing role, you'll partner directly with stakeholders to create polished, executive-level presentations that communicate ideas with clarity, creativity, and impact. You'll combine exceptional presentation design expertise with motion graphics and AI-powered creative tools to elevate visual storytelling across a wide range of business initiatives. What You Will Do

  • Design high-impact presentations for executive briefings, customer engagements, events, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand business objectives, gather requirements, present creative concepts, and deliver presentation solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Create presentation content ranging from slide enhancements and template updates to fully customized decks, visual concepts, and branded presentation systems.
  • Incorporate animation, motion graphics, multimedia, and visual storytelling techniques to create engaging and memorable presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and creative excellence while balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to improve design workflows, enhance creativity, and increase production efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of presentation design standards, templates, and creative best practices across the Cisco creative ecosystem.


To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in presentation design, brand design, or a related creative role within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation storytelling, executive communications, brand design, and visual communication.
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL• E, Runway, or similar platforms to enhance creative workflows while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept through delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.
