Overview

Responsibilities

As The Visitor Control Team Lead, you will provides senior leadership and coordination for visitor control support within an executive-level DoW SAP and SCI environment. This position supports a Government client and is responsible for overseeing visitor processing, access verification, visit certifications, visitor tracking, and related administrative and operational functions necessary to support secure facility operations in accordance with applicable Government requirements.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day visitor control support activities and coordinate team workload, priorities, and quality of execution.
  • Oversee visitor processing, visit requests, visit notifications, certifications, badging coordination, and access verification for supported facilities and mission activities.
  • Coordinate with Government security personnel, supported users, and related administrative functions to ensure timely and accurate visitor support.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records, tracking systems, and supporting documentation in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of visitor control procedures, standard operating procedures, and related process improvements.
  • Support inspections, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking associated with visitor control and access management functions.
  • Ensure proper coordination of sensitive and classified access considerations associated with visitor activities.
  • Provide reports, metrics, and status updates related to visitor control operations and team performance
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
  • Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.
Pay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $110,500.00/Yr. - USD $184,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
