Overview

As The International Project Manager you will provide project management and functional oversight for international security support within an executive-level DoW SAP and SCI environment. This position supports a Government client and is responsible for coordinating international security activities involving partner nation engagement, program access considerations, release coordination, and cross-functional execution of security requirements associated with international program support.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage international security tasking, schedules, priorities, and deliverables across supported efforts.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, international program offices, and related security disciplines to support timely execution of international security requirements.
  • Track actions, reviews, dependencies, and issues affecting foreign participation, international visits, program access, and related security coordination activities.
  • Support implementation of international security procedures, documentation, and stakeholder coordination processes associated with classified program support.
  • Provide project-level support for management reporting, action tracking, meeting support, and process improvement related to international security mission requirements.
  • Help ensure integration of international security support with foreign disclosure, export compliance, general security, and other related mission functions.
  • Support responsiveness to Government priorities and evolving international program requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders to support international security mission execution.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
  • Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.
Pay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $159,200.00/Yr. - USD $265,800.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
