Own the vision system end to end on the line - cameras, optics, lighting, and edge hardware integrated into every station for reliable, real-time inspection.
What you'll do- Design and integrate camera, lens, and lighting setups for each inspection station.
- Deploy and calibrate edge vision hardware (e.g. NVIDIA Jetson plus industrial cameras).
- Tune image acquisition and real-time inference performance for throughput.
- Integrate the vision system with stations, controls, and the data layer.
- Validate detection accuracy and reliability against real production conditions.
- Support installs, commissioning, and continuous improvement on the floor.
What you bring- BS in EE, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Optics, or related.
- 3+ years in machine vision, imaging, or embedded / vision systems.
- Experience with industrial cameras, optics, lighting, and calibration.
- Familiarity with edge compute (Jetson), image pipelines, and real-time constraints.
- Hands-on integration and debugging on production equipment.
- Comfortable bridging hardware, software, and the line.
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
