Position: Virtual Behavioral Health Adult Therapist - LCSW / LPC
Licensure: Active LCSW / LPC license in California required
Pay: Starting at $100,000 + bonus potential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm PST (40 hours per week)

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you'll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. vide
What You'll Do: - Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Provide therapy services and connect patients ages 18+ with essential community resources
- Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
- Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC
- Active LCSW / LPC license in California required
- Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours.
- Experience & willingness to treat patients ages 18+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
