Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the tracking and dismissal of violations across various agencies.
  • Identify necessary items for dismissing violations effectively.
  • Provide clients with clear remedies for their violation issues.
  • Create and maintain organized violation tracking spreadsheets.
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings and conference calls.
  • Participate in hearings across all boroughs as needed.
  • Assist with intra- and inter-departmental coordination for violation dismissals.

Who You Are

This position is responsible for all aspects of coordinating, tracking, dismissing violations at different agencies, and attending hearings. Typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

What You'll Do

The tasks that are the responsibility of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Identifying all items needed in order to dismiss violations
  • Offering clients clear and concise remedies for violations
  • Creating and maintaining violation spreadsheets
  • Problem solving for violations
  • Attending client meetings
  • Participating in client conference calls
  • Attending DOB meetings with borough commissioners/Division Chiefs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Coordinating with other divisions within the office if needed in order to dismiss violations.
  • Coordinating post approval amendments (PAAs) with Project Coordination and Project Management, if needed, in order to dismiss violations
  • Attending hearings in all boroughs
  • Intra- and Inter- Departmental Assistance, as needed


What You Bring

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to perform required duties and responsibilities
  • Basic working knowledge of MS programs including Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Class 2 DOB ID or relevant experience


What We Offer

Salary range: $75k - $100k
