Job Duties: Serve as client-facing Relationship Manager within the Aladdin Client Engagement team, responsible for maximizing the value of BlackRock's Aladdin enterprise investment management platform through engagement, education, and strategic partnership with institutional clients. Own relationships with clients' senior management, including Chief Technology Officers, Chief Investment Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and Heads of Trading Desks, to understand their business objectives and advise on leveraging Aladdin solutions across the full trade and portfolio lifecycle. Analyze client workflows, data requirements, and business challenges to identify gaps and propose Aladdin-based solutions that improve risk transparency, operational control, and decision-making. Utilize SQL and data-driven analysis to validate client scenarios, support troubleshooting, and ensure accurate implementation of investment and risk reporting outputs. Translate client requirements into system configurations and workflow solutions within the Aladdin platform. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Quantitative Modeling teams to resolve client issues, support custom solution delivery, and improve platform functionality and adoption. Serve as a subject matter expert on multiple Aladdin workflows and processes, driving platform adoption and aligning solutions with clients' investment and risk management needs. Ensure client feedback on product features is communicated to Product Managers and is tracked through successful development and deployment. Keep updated on regulatory and operational industry trends affecting financial institutions, including banks and insurance companies, to help clients stay ahead of changing compliance and operational requirements. Assist Client Engagement leads with harvesting and onboarding additional client business by coordinating across product and sales teams. Partner with senior client stakeholders to support onboarding, implementation, and optimization of Aladdin workflows across portfolio management, trading, and risk operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as an Asset Manager, or a related role in management at a financial institution. Must have five (5) years of experience with: SQL; Python; Tableau; Data Analytics; Financial Risk Analysis; Client Relationship Management; Investment Management Workflows; Portfolio and Trading Operations; Enterprise Investment Technology Platforms; Cross-Functional Project Coordination; and Alteryx.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$180,000.00 - USD$195,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
