Full Job Description
Carolina Caring is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Vice President, Quality & Compliance to lead and oversee our enterprise-wide compliance program. This senior leadership role ensures the organization operates in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical practice. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, the Vice President, Quality & Compliance will drive proactive regulatory readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The Vice President, Quality & Compliance is a forward-thinking leader with deep healthcare compliance expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. This individual will champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education:

Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required OR a bachelor's degree with significant experience in healthcare compliance or legal/regulatory fields may be considered. Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred; required within two years of hire.

Experience:

Minimum of five to seven years progressive leadership experience in healthcare compliance, including hospice or post-acute care settings preferred. Demonstrated experience managing regulatory audits, investigations, and enterprise compliance programs required.
