  • Build and maintain a dependency-driven project plan with milestones, resourcing, and delivery metrics; keep plans current and execution transparent
  • Facilitate working group meetings by setting agendas, driving decisions, documenting actions and owners with due dates, and escalating issues through governance when needed
  • Design and implement target operating models and re-engineered processes, embedding controls, service level agreements, and key performance indicators to support accurate withholding, documentation, and reporting
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; enforce change control; maintain audit evidence and readiness for internal controls over financial reporting and other applicable control requirements
  • Drive stakeholder communications and change management by preparing governance updates and ensuring standard operating procedures are developed and adopted
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within financial services, with a focus on tax operations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
