Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our Tech - Production Services team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead infrastructure operations by implementing industry best practices and leveraging advanced technologies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize infrastructure solutions, demonstrating expertise in production services.
  • Oversee incident management and resolution processes, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining service integrity.
  • Analyze performance metrics and trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and audit trails.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
