In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways: - This position is responsible for supporting critical financial systems and interfaces that enable secure, accurate, and timely processing of transactions and message flows across internal platforms and external financial networks.
- The role focuses on monitoring and supporting a suite of business-critical applications, ensuring the reliable routing, translation, and processing of financial messages and transactions.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining system stability, resolving production issues, and coordinating across teams to support operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following: - Bachelor9s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong experience supporting Linux-based production environments
- Experience with AWS infrastructure, services, and cloud-based operational support
- Working knowledge of mainframe systems and integration with distributed platforms
- Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with high-availability transaction processing or messaging environments
- Strong understanding of application deployments, change management, and implementation support
- Ability to manage risk, prioritize issues, and work effectively in high-pressure production environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and locations

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
