JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a high-impact product team shaping how customers securely access digital experiences every day. You’ll grow your product craft while partnering across design, technology, operations, and risk to deliver trusted outcomes.

As a Vice President, Product ManagerDigital Authentication in Trust & Security, you lead discovery and delivery for secure access capabilities, balancing customer experience, fraud prevention, and strong controls. You work closely with cross-functional partners to define clear requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and ship measurable improvements across web and mobile channels.

Job responsibilities
  • Manage and evolve existing authentication features to improve customer experience and security outcomes
  • Lead discovery activities, including problem definition, customer insights, and hypothesis-driven analysis
  • Define product requirements by writing epics, partnering on user stories, and setting clear acceptance criteria
  • Participate as a core team member in agile ceremonies to drive delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Represent the customer perspective and translate needs into product decisions and roadmap contributions
  • Partner with legal, risk, operations, design, data, and technology teams to align on priorities and delivery plans
  • Support testing, pilot launches, user experience validation, and backlog refinement to ensure readiness
  • Assist with business cases and measurement of operational results to demonstrate product impact
  • Coordinate dependencies across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of end-to-end solutions
  • Drive improvements to operational policies, process flows, procedures, tools, and customer messaging
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of business analysis and/or product management delivery experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Experience working with distributed agile scrum teams
  • Working knowledge of agile principles and product delivery practices
  • Proficiency using agile delivery and documentation tools (for example, Jira and Confluence)
  • Experience managing a product backlog, prioritization, and cross-team dependencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience delivering authentication and identity capabilities (for example, multi-factor authentication, passkeys, device trust, or biometrics)
  • Experience supporting account takeover prevention and secure customer verification journeys
  • Experience improving one-time passcode delivery, reliability, and customer experience
  • Familiarity with secure access patterns such as password reset, login protection, and caller verification controls
  • Agile or Scrum certification
