JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Vice President 6 Product Manager, Agent Ready Data in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you will drive the strategic direction of data and artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders in compliance, legal, government relations, technology, and cybersecurity to navigate the evolving landscape for data and AI. Your work will directly shape AI and Agent Native data strategy. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy at the intersection of data and AI, with significant visibility across senior leadership.

Job responsibilities:

  • Define and document stakeholder requirements for data and artificial intelligence strategy, translating business needs into actionable plans.
  • Partner with compliance, legal, government relations, technology, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Develop business and product requirements for engineering teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives. Ensure software built meets those requirements.
  • Test LLM and agent outputs for accuracy.
  • Design LLM and agent 2as judge2 tests for outputs.
  • Work with LLMs and agents to create data artifacts.
  • Promote and strengthen awareness of data culture and best practices across the organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor 2 degree in Finance, Data Science, Technology, or a related field
  • Four years of experience in product management at a financial or technology company
  • Six or more years of experience in finance, operations, data, or technology within a leading financial institution or similarly complex organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with modern AI tooling, artificial intelligence tools, frameworks, initiatives, and large language models (LLMs) in a professional setting
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various levels of management
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple lines of business and functions in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the flexibility to engage across functions, locations, and businesses
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience testing AI outputs for accuracy.
  • Experience translating technical AI or data science concepts for non-technical business audiences.
  • Familiar with semantics and the creation of semantic layers for data.
  • Familiar with industry data vocabularies, such as DCAT.
  • Comfortable giving live presentations in multiple forums.
  • Experience training new users on functionality and creating written guidelines.
