We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Management to join our Government Debt Solutions team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, operational, technical, compliance, and regulatory requirements for strategic government-sponsored solutions and platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, operations, risk, compliance, legal, cybersecurity, and external vendors to translate complex requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Develop detailed business requirements, process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that support software development, testing, and production readiness.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog grooming sessions, testing reviews, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing activities, defect triage, issue resolution, and readiness assessments for new functionality and operational processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of operational procedures, controls, training materials, onboarding documentation, and governance artifacts.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions, ensuring appropriate documentation and escalation when necessary.
• Collaborate with program leadership to prepare executive updates, status reporting, metrics, and implementation readiness materials.
• Ensure solutions are designed and executed in accordance with audit, regulatory, privacy, security, and government contract requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, control effectiveness, and client experience.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Five to eight years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Program Management, Consulting, Operations, Financial Services, Government Programs, or a related discipline.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories, facilitating workshops, and supporting Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, compliance, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Structured Query Language (SQL), Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and workflow tools preferred.
• Experience supporting highly regulated environments such as banking, financial services, government programs, compliance, risk management, or audit functions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive-level presentations, status reporting, process documentation, and operational procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
