You will be a hands-on commercial leader, personally developing relationships and winning mandates while building the team, sales practices, and operating discipline that support sustained growth. Our solutions span primary capital raising, company-sponsored secondary transactions and buybacks, tender offers, transaction administration, and managed markets.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the PCS team, setting high standards for client engagement, commercial execution, and performance.
  • Building and improving the team's approach to account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting, with clear performance expectations and effective incentives.
  • Collaborating with our Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, and Transaction Services teams to deliver successful client engagements.
  • Working closely with Product and operational teams to shape our offering, identify commercially important improvements, and translate issuer needs into solutions we can deliver effectively.
  • Representing Clarity at industry events and building its reputation as a trusted partner to private companies.

  • Have an exceptional track record of personally originating and winning corporate mandates in competitive situations, earning the trust of senior decision makers and establishing new client relationships.
  • Bring the judgment, credibility, and presence to advise founders, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders on important capital and liquidity decisions.
  • Have a deep understanding of the technology company landscape, private-company capital structures, shareholder dynamics, primary fundraising, and secondary liquidity.
  • Have an established network of senior private-company executives, venture investors, law firms, and other relevant market participants.
  • Have demonstrated success building or materially improving a commercial team, raising performance through hands-on coaching, disciplined sales practices, and clear accountability.
  • Be comfortable working closely with product and operational teams to develop solutions and deliver complex client engagements.
  • Combine exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills with strong organizational discipline and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
