About The Role:

The Vice President, People, Strategy & Advancement is an integral member of Community Reach Center's Business Services Division. The VP is responsible for leading Community Reach Center's business development, referral growth, market expansion, and strategic partnership initiatives. This role also provides oversight of Human Resources, coordination of internal and external events, monitoring of state and federal policy developments, and stewardship of donor and philanthropic relationships. The position drives sustainable organizational growth by expanding access to services, strengthening referral relationships, identifying emerging market opportunities, and aligning business development strategies with organizational priorities and community needs.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies that support organizational growth, service line expansion, and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Support application process for grant or other solicitation.
  • Responsible for oversight of the marketing and communications functions for the agency and for providing direct supervision to the Marketing Coordinator and contracted marketing and event planning firms.
  • Serve as a key point person for the planning and coordination of CRC internal and external events.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with community partners.
  • Will work with Chief Executive team to identify content for outreach presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities to increase awareness of CRC services and programs.
  • Provide oversight and coordination of Human Resources functions in partnership with organizational leadership, including support for talent-related initiatives and people operations.
  • Track and stay informed on state and federal policy and legislative matters relevant to the organization and coordinate with advocacy partners as appropriate.
  • Cultivate and support donor relations and philanthropic engagement efforts to strengthen community investment in CRC's mission and services.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Public Health or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health business development, strategic growth, or outreach leadership
  • Experience with market analysis, referral development, and service line expansion preferred
  • Experience working within behavioral health, substance use treatment, community mental health, or integrated care settings strongly preferred


Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting is required,
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.

M-F 8-5

Pay Information:

Salary Range: $175,000-$190,000/yr

Eligible for Bilingual Stipend ($250/month)
