  • Lead category development, asset valuation, platform ideation, and partnership narrative development in collaboration with the Legends Global partnerships team.
Build Pipeline & Lead Business Development Execution
  • Secure and conduct partnership development meetings through senior-level relationships, target account strategy, research, and disciplined outbound outreach.
  • Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify high-potential prospects and manage a clear pipeline of new business opportunities for the partnership sales team.
  • Lead the business development process by shaping vision decks, interactive pitch meetings, proposals, and follow-up strategies that move prospects toward commitment.
Negotiate, Close & Steward Strategic Partnerships
  • Negotiate and close high-value partnership agreements, working with legal counsel and internal stakeholders through contract execution.
  • Understand prospective partners' marketing and business objectives, including agency priorities, to align creative sponsorship solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing routine business development updates to senior leaders and project stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

  • Minimum of 10 years of high-level partnership revenue performance, preferably selling partnerships for professional, collegiate, media, sports, entertainment, or venue properties.
  • Proven track record pitching, negotiating, and closing six- and seven-figure partnership deals, including naming rights, founding partnerships, official partnerships, or similarly complex assets.
  • Strong book of business with senior contacts at large and mid-size corporations, particularly companies with active partnership or sponsorship portfolios.
  • Experience supporting new venue projects, facility renovations, stadium launches, or major sports and entertainment developments strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior executives, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

KEY LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
  • Strategic commercial leader who can translate a landmark stadium vision into partnership platforms that drive long-term revenue and partner value.
  • Collaborative business builder who works exceptionally well across partnerships, sales, marketing, operations, creative, legal, finance, and client stakeholders.
  • High-energy, competitive seller with the discipline, creativity, and resilience to build pipeline, advance complex deals, and win in a fast-paced launch environment.
  • Solution-oriented communicator who can clearly articulate the value of partnerships beyond pure media and connect brand objectives to meaningful live experience platforms.
