Vice President, Partner Sales (Sage Intacct Advisory)
Job Description
This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of one of Sage's top growth priorities: scaling the Sage Intacct Advisory (SIA) partner ecosystem across the US.
You'll lead the strategy and execution of a rapidly expanding partner business focused on BPOs, CPA firms, and managed service providers-a market representing a multi-billion-dollar growth opportunity.
The role combines enterprise sales, partner leadership, and lifecycle ownership, with responsibility for both winning new partner-led deals and scaling long-term partner value.

Strategy & Growth
• Define and execute the Sage Intacct partner strategy and growth plan aligned to company priorities
• Own end-to-end partner revenue performance, including acquisition, expansion, renewals, and retention
• Establish scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategies to grow partner coverage and market penetration
Partner Ecosystem Leadership
• Oversee partner business planning and selling strategies to grow market share and drive customer acquisition through the resell motion
• Drive partner performance, pipeline health, and productivity using data-driven insights
• Develop programs aligned to vertical, product, and segment GTM priorities
Executive Partner Engagement
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic Sage Intacct partners
• Advise partners on practice growth, services expansion, pricing, and sales execution
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop a high-performing partner organization, including regional leaders and partner-facing roles
• Serve as a people manager, responsible for coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and development plans
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Financial & Operational Management
• Own the partner sales budget, forecasting, and investment strategy
• Drive pipeline discipline, operating rigor, and revenue predictability
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Act as the integration point across Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, Finance, and Operations
• Translate partner and field insights into program, product, and enablement improvements
Partner Health & Escalations
• Lead resolution of complex partner and customer escalations
• Ensure strong partner performance, satisfaction, and delivery quality
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in partner/channel sales leadership within SaaS, ERP, or financial management technology
• Proven success leading high-performing, quota-carrying teams and scaling partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of VAR, SI, and accounting/advisory partner models
• Expertise in partner lifecycle management, GTM strategy, and revenue growth execution
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA or relevant financial background preferred
