Position Summary


TheVice President (VP) of Solutions Deliveryisa senior executive responsible for leading the successful execution and deployment of technology or business solutions. They bridge the gap between sales, engineering, and the client, ensuring that complex platforms and services are delivered on time, within budget, and at maximum quality.


Essential Functions

  • Strategic Delivery Leadership:Oversee the end-to-end execution and operational scaling of the product, technical, or service delivery lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Align with Mission, Standards, Accreditation, and Back Office functions to ensure client needs translate into feasible, sequenced delivery plans.
  • Governance & Standardization:Develop and enforce best practices, playbooks, and standardized deployment methodologies.
  • Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing organization of product/implementation managers, solution architects, and project managers.
  • Vendor Management: Provide management and leadership to solution providers and related vendors.
  • Financial Management:Oversee delivery budgets, resource allocation, and benefits tracking to guarantee ROI and cost-efficiency.
  • Client Relations & Escalation:Serve as the executive sponsor for enterprise clients and the ultimate escalation point for delivery challenges



Key Performance Indicators
  • Time-to-Value (TTV):Speed at which clients and stakeholders realize ROI after implementation.
  • On-Time / On-Budget Completion:Percentage of projects delivered within the agreed-upon timeline and financial constraints.
  • Client Satisfaction (CSAT):Feedback and retention scores from enterprise customers and stakeholders.
  • Resource Utilization:Efficiency of internal teams and project capacity management.



ANSI Enterprise Information Security Responsibilities
  • Attend/complete assigned information security training by the designated completion date.
  • Read and adhere to published ISMS policies and procedures.
  • Report timely any observed violations of ISMS policy - or known encroachments on information security - to your department leader and/or the Information Technology Department.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor27s degree in Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT solutions delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
  • 10+ years in DevOps, project management, solution architecture, or professional services operations
  • Extensive experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or Agile development. Working knowledge of AI, specifically AI developed software and related processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced non-profit or professional services environment strongly preferred.


Other Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of software development, digital transformation, and scalable deployment methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills to present solutions and negotiate scopes.
  • Ability to leverage performance data and Os (objectives and key results) to optimize processes and streamline workflows.
  • Ability to define and build a team that fits ANSI and ANAB27s size, risk and budget.
  • Knowledge of standards industry, manufacturing or process-oriented business preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent senior leaders professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.




Starting compensation will be in the $198,100 to $225,800 range, depending on education, experience, and other qualifications.
