Vice President of Sales - Healthcare

The Vice President of Sales - Healthcare is responsible for leading a high-performing team in the creation, development, delivery and evolution of enablement tools and programs that enhance the frontline execution of sales processes. The role will provide leadership, direction and execution of the strategic vision of the sales process and delivery of productivity improvements to the frontline sales teams. This high-profile position reports directly to the CEO and relies on a person's deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems and innovative enablement solutions. Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on enablement program and tool strategy, creation, roadmap and delivery aligned with the sales process, selling motions and best practices.
  • Develop and implement the strategy for enablement programs and tools including the overarching sales process and quality effectiveness programs.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to their team members and hold the team accountable for delivering business and operational efficiencies.
  • Initiate, develop and manage strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization including C-Suite, Vice Presidents, Sr. Directors, Directors and Senior Leaders to ensure alignment across the organization and ongoing effectiveness.
  • Be the chief architect of sales operations and workflow design to optimize sales activities
  • Drive continuous innovation in enablement programs and tools to enhance overall excellence across the sales teams.
  • Lead Sales contributions to the development, integration and adoption of all sales enablement tools and technologies, including the CRM (SFDC) and related technologies
  • Ensure strategic contribution to the functional new product launch process by developing required sales enablement tools/skill enhancement and positioning resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, improved quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies and practices to consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training strategies, programs, and curriculum for the sales organization that increases salesforce productivity and performance globally
  • Contribute to the development, delivery and implementation of a blended learning model to include facilitator led (classroom), webinars, event based and self-paced training
  • Ensure the curriculum covers market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes, sales methodology, manager, coaching, sales tools and skills training
  • Incorporate training paths into HR and learning management applications
  • Champion the organization's Sales recruiting and hiring effort with an emphasis on nurturing the sales culture with and added focus on the millennial demographic and values-based interviewing

  • This is a hybrid position, based in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office.
