Job Summary:

Directs and coordinates assigned Campus Presidents' activities as they relate to the fiscal and day-to-day operations of the campuses. Is accountable for leading the operations and management of multiple Campuses. Key focus areas include compliance and student population growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implements and adheres to all College policies and procedures and operates at all times within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation.
  • Ensures individual Campus growth through increased student populations, program development, and effective cost containment, especially in the area of staffing.
  • Monitors and oversees the financial status for each Campus.
  • Develops the leadership skills of Campus management personnel at each assigned campus, enabling them to prioritize and execute the goals of the Campus and provide the necessary guidance and feedback to their employees.
  • Motivates, encourages, and assists in the professional development of Administrators and other site managers to advance their career path within the College.
  • Visits all assigned Campuses as needed and performs video conferences on a regular basis.
  • Prioritizes/coordinates resources as needed in order for the Campuses to achieve their goals/objectives.
  • Assists in the hiring, firing, and advancement of personnel under his or her management.
  • Partners with Campus Presidents to ensure that all Campuses have a culture that reflects the College's mission and core values.
  • Oversees the fiscal status and ensures that the financial performance of each assigned campus meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Ensures that all Campuses comply with all school policies and procedures and operate at all times within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation.
  • Communicates weekly with all Campus Presidents regarding interpretation and guidance on College policies and procedures, along with fostering communication regarding timely issues facing the Campuses.
  • Attends Campus staff meetings as appropriate, and presents the College's goals and priorities, ensuring that the College's global objectives are understood by all employees.
  • Attends all required onsite meetings throughout the year.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other College personnel.
  • Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the College.
  • Performs the job on site when required. Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required. Subject to change if superseded by Human Resource policy regarding remote work.


Job Requirements

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (a master's degree preferred).


Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in post-secondary education as a Campus President, with a focus on operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies.
  • Experience with Accreditation as a Team Leader or other related roles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation communication skills.
