What You'll Do
As a Vice President of Operations, you will:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinics within an assigned region.
Partner with Regional Managers in the recruitment, development, coaching, performance management, and retention of Clinical Managers.
Serve as a mentor and leader to Regional Managers and Clinical Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence.
Develop and execute operational strategies to support organizational goals and regional growth initiatives.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key operational metrics to ensure business objectives are achieved.
