About the Role

BIBIBOP Asian Grill is an award-winning, 80+ unit Korean-inspired fast casual concept and part of the GOSH Enterprises family of brands, alongside Charleys Cheesesteaks (850+ units) and Lenny's Grill & Subs (60+ units). We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing to own brand strategy and growth for BIBIBOP, building brand equity and guest traffic across a fast-growing, nationally recognized restaurant system.

This is a senior leadership seat: you will lead all marketing functions brand strategy, digital, social media, creative, field marketing, and menu innovation and be held accountable to the traffic and same-store sales numbers that result. You will move fast, back decisions with data, and partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and the broader multi-brand marketing community to make sure marketing investment translates directly into guest growth.

What You'll Own

Brand Strategy & Growth
  • Build and execute the marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, guest traffic, and same-store sales growth across the brand system.
  • Identify gaps in brand presence and competitive positioning and move decisively to close them across all channels.
  • Lead national campaigns, LTO launches, and promotional strategy with speed, creativity, and sharp execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint while continuously raising the standard of quality and relevance.

Digital & Social Media
  • Own the full digital ecosystem: paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social, loyalty programs, and app marketing.
  • Drive results-oriented growth across social platforms, testing constantly and scaling what works.
  • Use analytics and emerging tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to sharpen targeting, personalization, and ROI.
  • Set the bar for content quality, cadence, and channel performance, and hold the team accountable to it.

Menu Strategy & Innovation
  • Own menu marketing strategy, including product launches, pricing communication, and menu board optimization.
  • Partner with Culinary and Operations on new product development, testing, and national rollouts.
  • Use guest data and market insights to identify menu opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Data, Analytics & Financial Accountability
  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness across all channels and campaigns, and translate insights into fast, decisive action.
  • Manage the marketing budget end to end allocated spend by measurable ROI and adjust in real time based on performance.
  • Establish the KPIs and dashboards that make marketing performance visible to Operations and executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partners across Operations, Culinary, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure marketing supports and accelerates business priorities.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships with clear performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the broader multi-brand marketing and leadership community to share best practices across brands.

Team Leadership
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization, with clear goals, accountability, and growth paths for direct reports.
  • Model a fast, data-driven, ownership-oriented culture while staying close enough to the work to coach and unblock the team.
  • Create an environment where good ideas surface quickly and execution doesn't stall.

What You Bring

Required
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within QSR, fast casual, or restaurant brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results (traffic, same-store sales, or comparable growth metrics) in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Deep expertise across digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy, with a track record of building brand presence and driving engagement.
  • Strong analytical fluency - comfortable in the data and able to translate it into fast, confident decisions.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred
  • Experience marketing a multi-unit or franchise-model restaurant brand.
  • Experience with loyalty programs, app marketing, or menu innovation cycles.
  • Prior experience operating in a founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-growth environment.
