  • Support local leaders to uphold a consistent standard of craft and quality across Advancement Office marketing output;

Regional Team Development
  • Build in-market marketing capability, closing capability gaps through targeted coaching and development;

  • Represent international marketing performance and priorities to the CMO, the Chief Resources Officer, and senior organizational leadership;
  • Escalate significant misalignment between global standards and market execution to the CMO, with a clear recommendation;

Product & Insights Adoption
  • Coordinate with the VP, Global Insights & Growth on the rollout, testing, and adoption of new marketing products and initiatives across international Advancement Offices;
  • Connect Advancement Offices to relevant campaign insights and research, facilitating the flow of regional learnings back into global planning;
  • Maintain active feedback loops surfacing what's working, what's not, and where strategy needs to flex;
  • Participation in IJM's community of spiritual formation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred;
  • 10-12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including international or multi-market leadership;
  • Proven experience building and leading regional teams within a matrixed or federated structure;
  • Experience partnering with fundraising or revenue leadership toward shared growth goals;
  • Deep expertise in campaign frameworks, brand standards deployment, and channel strategy across international markets;
  • Strong command of project and workflow management platforms (e.g., Teamwork, Asana);
  • Ability to translate global marketing strategy into locally relevant, market-specific execution plans;
  • Exceptional cross-cultural fluency and emotional intelligence across diverse global markets;
  • Outstanding communicator able to move regional leaders and international executive stakeholders with clarity and conviction;
  • Decisive and collaborative; able to lead through influence with Advancement Office Chief Executives who do not report to this role;
  • This role could require up to 40% travel per year (International and Domestic); and
