Job Title: Vice President of Investor Relations

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with accredited investors, business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Educate prospective investors on available investment opportunities
  • Conduct presentations, consultations, and investment discussions
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, community engagement, and relationship development
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors
  • Deliver exceptional client service and ongoing relationship management
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies

Requirements
  • Active FINRA Series 7 License preferred
  • Series 63 and/or Series 82 is required
  • Previous experience in investment sales, wealth management, brokerage, capital raising, or financial services
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and internal teams
  • Candidates with experience from wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, wealth management firms, investment consulting firms, capital markets organizations, or alternative investment platforms are encouraged to apply
