Responsibilities
Visionary Leadership & Strategic Growth
- Serve as a senior executive voice in shaping the long-term vision and growth strategy of the organization, providing bold, forward-thinking leadership across all health services campuses
- Partner with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and integrate new campus acquisitions and expansions, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational standards and culture from day one
- Anticipate industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging care models to position the organization ahead of the curve - leading change rather than responding to it
- Champion a progressive organizational culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent passionate about redefining senior living
Excellence in Care & Resident Experience
- Set and relentlessly pursue the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and person-centered care across all campuses and service lines
- Drive innovation in care delivery, programming, and hospitality to ensure every resident experiences dignity, joy, and a profound sense of belonging
- Establish and monitor organization-wide quality metrics, using data and outcomes to continuously elevate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices that are scalable across a growing, multi-site portfolio
- Ensure campuses comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to healthcare, senior living, and operational safety
- Foster a culture of hospitality and service excellence that aligns with the organization's mission and values - exceeding expectations of those we serve
Operational Oversight & Financial Performance
- Provide strategic operational oversight across multiple campuses and markets, ensuring consistent execution of organizational standards while empowering local leadership to thrive
- Drive strong fiscal performance through strategic budgeting, resource optimization, and revenue growth
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, systems, and processes that scale efficiently as the organization grows
- Monitor and analyze campus performance metrics, translating insights into decisive action and continuous improvement
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all campuses operate in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining a proactive and transparent approach to regulatory readiness
- Oversee organizational preparedness for surveys, audits, and inspections, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity at every level
- Identify and mitigate operational, clinical, and financial risk across the portfolio with urgency and precision
People Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of executives, campus administrators, clinical leaders, and department heads - building the next generation of senior living leaders within the organization
- Foster a culture of engagement, innovation, and continuous learning where team members feel valued, empowered, and connected to a shared mission
- Lead with empathy and authenticity, modeling the organizational values that define how we show up for residents, families, and one another
- Drive workforce strategies that support recruitment, retention, and professional development across a growing, multi-state team

- Build and sustain organizational depth by identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent; maintain an active succession pipeline for critical roles, partnering with HR and senior leadership to ensure leadership continuity and readiness at every level
Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Champion the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies, care innovations, and operational advancements that enhance the resident experience and organizational performance
- Represent the organization as a thought leader and ambassador in the senior living industry, building relationships and visibility that advance our reputation and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot, evaluate, and scale new initiatives that position the organization at the leading edge of senior living
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field required
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline strongly preferred
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, post-acute care, or a related healthcare setting, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence
- 5+ years of multi-site or regional executive leadership experience, overseeing complex, high-performing teams across multiple markets
- Proven experience leading organizations - or divisions of organizations - through periods of significant growth, expansion, or transformation
- Deep expertise in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality management across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or related service lines
- Demonstrated success in financial leadership, including budget development, P&L accountability, and revenue optimization across a multi-campus portfolio
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and boards to shape and execute long-term strategic plans
