Full Job Description
The RolePresidio Vice President of Finance, Services requires a thought leader to provide guidance to Presidio's Services Practices leadership on long-term strategic matters as well as day-to-day commercial decisions. This person will partner with the business to develop and facilitate key performance metrics, financial budgets, forecasts (bookings, revenue and profit), and operational analysis. This will include collaborating with the business leaders on strategic growth initiatives, financial close as well as presenting financial analysis with all department heads on a weekly basis. This role will report directly into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and must excel at coordinating the work efforts with and managing several employees and be able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Services Practices leadership teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader in all financial and operational decisions.
  • Work with executive leaders to create detailed budgets for operations.
  • Own and ensure accuracy of the business unit(s) financials.
  • Manage the budget and provide oversight on financial management with discipline and controls.
  • Support Annual Planning through thoughtful market and historical performance.
  • Establish key business metrics and KPIs to measure performance of the business, and to articulate drivers of business performance and profit profile while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunity.
  • Partner with broader FP&A, Accounting teams to support company-wide financial modeling, monthly close, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide finance approvals to support ongoing operations.


Required Skills and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 15+ years of related work experience, with at least 7 years of FP&A or finance business partnership experience.
  • Results oriented, with a high bias for action and a strong ownership of accountability.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience partnering alongside and presenting to executive management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven experience in building collaborative working relationships with teams across the organization.
  • Ability to manage high-performing team but also act and operate independently to meet objectives and assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop reporting to enabling the consumption of larger amounts of data.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools.


Preferred Skills and Professional Experience

  • Professional certification (e.g. MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA).
  • Experience in the technology or professional service sector.
  • Experience with planning systems such as OneStream.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as D365.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, etc.
  • Previous leadership experience.
