The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan seeks a
Vice President of Digital Products to lead the next phase of its digital transformation!
Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, you will oversee the technical enablement of the JCC's consumer products. Your focus is on optimization, data-driven insights, and frictionless journeys. Why this role is transformative:
This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on improving the JCC's digital experience, operational efficiency, member communication, reporting, and technology use across the organization.
The JCC's primary operating platform is fully owned and managed by its vendor partner, Daxko. This role does not own or build the platform directly. Instead, the VP of Digital Products will serve as the key internal partner who understands business needs, identifies operational pain points, and works with Daxko to surface critical enhancements and new capabilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- The Architect of Ease: Now that the platforms (DAXKO, WordPress, Monday.com) are in place, you will fine-tune the customer journey for thousands of members-from camp registration to film festival ticketing.
- Data-Driven Leadership: You will establish a culture of using data (GA4 and CRM insights) to inform every decision, turning "maintenance" into "strategic growth."
- High-Impact Mentorship: Lead and empower a talented team of three Product roles while managing external agencies (CRM, SEO). Guide the strategic vision for training, upskilling, engagement, and hospitality using digital products and professional development.
- Strategic Stewardship: Act as a leader in process innovation and serve as the technical bridge between Finance, Marketing, and Programming, ensuring our digital roadmap supports the JCC's long-term mission.
- Real-World Impact: You'll work in a high-energy, collaborative environment driven by a mission of building and fostering community.

REQUIREMENTS- Experienced: 10+ years of experience leading digital products, websites, customer-facing platforms, or operational technology
- Website & Digital Experience Focused: Have strong experience managing websites and digital content platforms, ideally including WordPress. You understand how website structure, content, navigation, forms, registration flows, SEO, and analytics come together to create a seamless customer journey.
- Product-Minded: Take business needs, staff feedback, member pain points, and data insights and turn them into clear priorities, requirements, and improvements.
- Operationally Strong: Comfortable working across systems such as registration platforms, CRM tools, email/marketing platforms, reporting tools, project management systems, and ticketing workflows. Experience with Daxko, WordPress, Monday.com, GA4, Tableau, or similar tools is highly valued.
- Vendor & Partner: Work effectively with vendors, agencies, and internal teams. You can ask the right questions, clarify requirements, manage expectations, track issues, and advocate for enhancements that improve the user and staff experience.
- Data-Informed: Use analytics, reporting, customer feedback, and operational insights to guide decisions. You do not need to be a data engineer, but you should be comfortable using data to understand what is working, what is not, and where to focus next.
