DescriptionWe are seeking a Vice President of Clinical and Wellness Services to lead clinical strategy and operations across our communities. This leader will oversee nursing and wellness services, strengthen clinical quality and regulatory compliance, and help develop therapy services and healthcare partnerships that support residents' health and quality of life.
What you'll do:
- Set clinical standards and work with community and operations leaders to deliver consistent, person-centered care.
- Lead quality improvement, resident safety, regulatory readiness, and risk management across the organization.
- Develop and support clinical leaders, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee clinical resources and performance, including staffing, budgets, therapy services, and healthcare partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce care approaches that improve resident outcomes and experiences.
What you bring: - An active RN license and a master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including five years in executive or regional leadership within senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
- Experience leading clinical operations across multiple locations and improving quality and compliance.
- The ability to partner with operational leaders, develop teams, and balance excellent care with sound financial decisions.
- Experience with rehabilitation providers or developing ancillary healthcare services is a plus.
