About the role and what you'll be doing:

As the Vice President, Enterprise New Logo Sales, you will lead Ensono's enterprise sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, drive large-scale transformation deals, and deliver sustained revenue growth across our hybrid IT portfolio. This is a highly visible role, ideal for a proven sales leader with deep experience in complex enterprise sales cycles, particularly in mainframe and hybrid IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive new logo acquisition strategy targeting enterprise clients across key verticals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a world-class enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle for large, complex transformation deals-including prospecting, solution development, proposal generation, and contract negotiation.
  • Establish and nurture executive relationships with C-level business and technology leaders, positioning Ensono as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.
  • Own and deliver on sales targets for new logo bookings, revenue, and gross margin, with full accountability for pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Lead and participate in high-stakes deal pursuits, including pricing, contracting, and executive presentations.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategies and product development.
  • Champion Ensono's value proposition, articulating the business impact of mainframe and hybrid IT solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Ensure operational excellence in sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting.

What You Will Need:
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in IT services, with a proven track record of winning new logos and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation solutions and the complexities attributed to financial organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a consultative, complex sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in large deal pursuits, including solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing sales P&L, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Location preference is Eastern Seaboard region with easy access to metropolitan airport

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $225,000 to $260,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, a role-based, sales-incentive plan, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
