Vice President, Middle Office, to join our
Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in
New York, NY.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- versee the quality of outsourced functions in accordance with SLDs and ensure service delivery is aligned with expectations.
- Handle client engagement, support client meetings, and own service delivery to clients in line with SLDs.
- Provide recovery support for offshore functions, retain knowledge of offshored functions, and act as a subject matter expert in incident management.
- Support service improvement, technology engagement, new business engagement, and provide training to outsourced teams around new products.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:- Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 7-10 years of total relevant work experience preferred.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert and conducting research on complex, multi-faceted transactions and escalated inquiries.
- Experience preparing and reviewing MIS/KRIs/KPIs, supporting reconciliations, and interacting with clients on complex transactions.
- Team lead responsibilities and the ability to guide less experienced staff.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
