Job Duties & Responsibilities - Build and scale an integrated demand-generation engine across digital, content, events, intent, partner and account-based channels, with programs tailored to PRGX's priority segments, buying groups and strategic accounts.
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline goals in partnership with Sales and Business Development; create shared definitions, service-level expectations and funnel governance from engagement through opportunity.
- Rebalance investment toward measurable growth programs; establish a testing agenda for audiences, messages, offers, channels and conversion paths.
- Lead lifecycle and nurture strategies for prospects and customers, including cross-sell and expansion campaigns that support adoption of PRGX's broader platform.
- Define and continually refine PRGX's corporate, platform and solution positioning, messaging architecture and category narrative across SaaS, data intelligence and tech-enabled managed services.
- Turn complex capabilities into clear business value for CFO, CPO, finance, procurement, shared services and other executive audiences.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Solutions and Delivery to lead go-to-market plans, launches, packaging narratives, buyer personas, competitive intelligence and proof-point development.
- Create sales enablement that improves seller confidence and win rates, including pitch narratives, battlecards, use cases, case studies, ROI stories, proposal content and executive-level thought leadership.
- Create and augment internal and external sales collateral to include customer references, success stories, qualitative and quantitative case studies.
- Build and manage a proactive analyst-relations program across relevant technology, procurement, finance and managed-services research firms; own briefings, inquiries, evaluations and follow-through.
- Develop evidence-based narratives and proof points that improve external understanding of PRGX's platform, differentiation, customer value and market direction.
- Lead public relations, executive visibility, thought leadership, awards, speaking opportunities and selective media engagement in partnership with internal leaders and external agencies.
- Create a coordinated influence plan across analysts, strategic partners, customers and industry communities.
- Establish a practical marketing operating system encompassing planning, campaign intake, budget governance, attribution, dashboards, quarterly reviews and continuous optimization.
- Own the marketing technology roadmap and drive effective utilization and data quality across CRM, marketing automation, web, analytics, intent and campaign platforms.
- Define a focused KPI set spanning target-account engagement, qualified demand, pipeline, conversion, velocity, acquisition efficiency, content contribution, share of voice and analyst progress.
- Provide transparent performance reporting and recommendations to executive leadership; stop, scale or redesign programs based on evidence.
- Contribute to enterprise go-to-market strategy and operating decisions as a member of the Go-to-Market Leadership Team, with direct accountability to the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Assess, design and lead a high-impact internal team and agency ecosystem with clear accountabilities, development plans and performance expectations.
- Serve as an active member of the Go-to-Market Leadership Team, partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Product Officer, Operational Leads and broader leadership team to align growth priorities, product strategy, solution readiness, delivery capabilities and commercial execution.
- Build a culture of speed, commercial accountability, experimentation, quality and collaborative execution across a global organization.

Knowledge & QualificationsRequired:
- 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including significant leadership responsibility in enterprise SaaS, data/analytics, technology-enabled services, managed services or a similarly complex solution environment.
- Direct experience leading a team of 7-10 across multiple areas including account-based marketing, demand generation, campaign lifecycle management and sales enablement.
- Demonstrated success building or materially improving a demand-generation and revenue-marketing function that contributed measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue.
- Proven ability to position a platform or portfolio that combines technology and services, translating technical and operational complexity into differentiated executive value.
- Depth in product marketing and go-to-market leadership, including segmentation, buyer insight, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, content and sales enablement.
- Direct experience managing external industry analyst relationships and structured briefing, inquiry or evaluation programs.
- Fluency with modern B2B marketing operations, CRM and marketing automation, funnel analytics, attribution, account-based marketing and digital acquisition.
- Experience leading teams and agencies through change while remaining close to the work in a resource-conscious, high-accountability environment.
- Executive-level communication skills and the judgment to operate credibly on a Go-to-Market Leadership Team and influence the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Product Officer, Operational Leads, broader leadership team, customers, partners and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred:
- Experience marketing to CFO, CPO, finance, procurement, shared services or source-to-pay audiences.
- Experience in private-equity-backed, global or transformation-stage organizations.
- Familiarity with usage, subscription, recurring-revenue and managed-services business models.
- Experience with partner or alliance marketing and customer advocacy programs.
- MBA or comparable advanced degree.
