Vice President, GTM OperationsAt CreatorIQ, our go-to-market engine runs on the systems, data, and operating rhythm behind it, and we are looking for a leader to own that backbone end to end. As Vice President of GTM Operations, reporting directly to our President & CFO, you will lead the function that powers how our revenue organization plans, executes, and measures performance. You will own GTM insights and analytics, business automation and systems infrastructure, data infrastructure, and GTM data, enablement, sales compensation and planning, and the project management that ties it all together. You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, and serve as a trusted analytical partner to the executive team and Board. This is a role for an operator who thinks in systems, leads through influence, and can move fluidly between executive strategy and the technical detail that makes it real. If you want to architect the operating system of a high-growth GTM organization and build the team that runs it, this is your role.
In this role, you'll get to:- Lead the GTM Operations function and enhance its effectiveness & influence: Serve as the senior operations leader for the go-to-market organization, reporting to the President & CFO. Lead a team of approximately 10, directly managing 4 GTM Ops leaders across Systems, Insights, Enablement, and Project Management, who together lead roughly 6 individual contributors.
- Hire, structure, mentor, and grow the team; set the strategy, priorities, and operating cadence for the function; and act as a trusted operational and analytical partner to executive leadership.
- Build and own the analytics and forecasting layer the business runs on. Leveraging AI-enabled analytics and predictive insights to improve forecasting, identify revenue opportunities and risks, and provide executive leadership with faster, more actionable decision support.
- Lead business automation, systems, and infrastructure: Drive an AI-native operating model that embeds AI, automation, and intelligent workflows across the customer lifecycle to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision quality while maintaining strong governance, security, and data integrity.
- Direct sales compensation, quota, and territory planning: Own incentive compensation design and administration, quota setting, and territory planning across the GTM organization. Build equitable, scalable models aligned to company objectives, manage the annual planning cycle, and partner with Finance and Sales leadership on cost, accuracy, and governance of plans, SPIFs, and crediting rules.
- Drive GTM enablement: Own how the field is equipped, onboarded, trained, and ramped.
- Lead adoption of AI-enabled selling, customer success, and operational workflows through enablement programs, change management, and best-practice development that improve team effectiveness.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to design and deliver enablement programs, and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and AI-native workflows across the go-to-market organization.
- Run project management and inter-operations: Establish and lead the GTM PMO, the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
- Run intake and prioritization, drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through rollout, and continuously improve how the go-to-market organization plans and operates.
- Partner with CIQ's Business Intelligence department to enable and actualize GTM data: Support and shape GTM data model, data warehouse (Snowflake), pipelines, and shared definitions that power every system, dashboard, and automation.
- Ensure data flows reliably from CRM to warehouse to the tools and insights the organization runs on.
Who you are and what you'll need for this position:- 10+ years in GTM, Revenue, or Business Operations, including senior leadership: You have built and led multidisciplinary operations teams in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a track record of managing people at scale and delivering measurable business impact. Operating as a trusted partner to executive leadership is second nature to you.
- You know Salesforce and CPQ well, and have experience evaluating, prioritizing, and governing emerging AI capabilities across the GTM technology stack to ensure new solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven analytical and forecasting rigor: You are comfortable owning the numbers the executive team and Board rely on, and you partner naturally with Finance on forecasting, planning, and profitability. You turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insight, segmentation, and investment recommendations.
- A track record of large-scale systems and transformation initiatives: You have led automation and systems programs end-to-end with measurable outcomes, and you have owned or closely partnered on sales compensation, quota, and territory planning. You balance speed with governance and make pragmatic trade-offs under real deadlines. Demonstrated success leading enterprise AI adoption, automation initiatives, or intelligent workflow transformation that delivered measurable improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, or revenue performance.
- Executive presence and cross-functional leadership: You influence and build trust across the C-suite, the Board, and GTM leadership, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead through influence as much as authority. You care deeply about developing people and building high-performing teams. Serve as an executive sponsor for responsible AI adoption across the go-to-market organization, establishing governance, prioritization, success metrics, and cross-functional alignment to ensure AI investments deliver measurable business value.
