Drive strategic growth initiatives aligned with Payments sales segment strategies to accelerate the pipeline, increase client engagement, and deliver measurable growth for the Payments business.

As a Growth Marketing Manager in Payments Sales Marketing, you will work in close partnership with Marketing segment leads to leverage account-based marketing (ABM), data-driven insights, and hypothesis-driven approaches to identify, pilot, and scale marketing opportunities that strengthen Marketing’s contribution to strategic Payments sales outcomes. This role is designed for a marketing leader with broad expertise across the marketing ecosystem, a commercial mindset, and strong strategic thinking who can turn strategies into practical, executable plans. This individual must excel at bringing together diverse teams, perspectives, and data to connect marketing activities to client needs and business outcomes—driving alignment, focus, and growth across the organization. This role reports to the Cross-Segment Payments Marketing Lead, with broad cross-functional partnership and collaboration critical to success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee targeted growth initiatives across priority segments, such as one-to-many account-based marketing. Design pilot initiatives that validate growth opportunities and establish repeatable models that can be scaled across the organization.

  • Partner with AIM to develop audience segmentation and targeting approaches, performance frameworks, and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Evaluate program performance, capture learnings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve results and expand successful approaches across segments, channels, and regions.

  • Partner closely with Segment Marketing Leads and Content and Analytics teams to align growth priorities, coordinate execution, and ensure marketing programs are connected to client needs and business objectives.

  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and operating frameworks that strengthen growth marketing capabilities and enable consistent execution of high-impact programs across the organization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Significant B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and optimizing multi-channel programs using the full marketing mix.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and run full-funnel marketing programs for targeted account strategies, with clear KPIs and a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating in a highly matrixed, globally dispersed organization.
  • Strong command of marketing channels and the KPIs that drive success.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills; proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to drive work forward across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Management experience is a plus (e.g., leading projects or small teams); strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across stakeholders are essential.
  • Experience building or scaling ABM and email-led engagement programs (segmentation, journey design, testing/optimization, adoption).
  • Experience supporting Corporate client segments and/or developing industry-specific messaging in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
