We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP to join our Private Equity Accounting Team.. This role location is Lake Mary, Flordida (4days in office expectation).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.
  • Lead work of junior team members for assigned client or fund and provide guidance on complex accounting responsibilities.
  • Drive Service Improvement plans, target efficiencies, enhance processes, and perform specialist review functions.
  • Interact regularly with clients to answer questions and resolve multifaceted issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
  • Experience evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine impact of new regulations on fund accounting practices.
  • Ability to provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations for complex accounts or transactions.
  • May have people management responsibilities in some geographies and may be tasked with Team Lead responsibilities.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
