Vice President, Full Stack Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join our Finance Engineering team. This role is in New York, USA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable full stack applications and AI-enabled capabilities across data platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Partner with platform, data, product, and business teams to translate complex requirements into reliable technology solutions.
  • Apply strong data analysis, logical thinking, problem solving, and system design skills to address enterprise data and analytics challenges.
  • Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI methodologies, frameworks, and tools to improve solution effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
  • Document solution designs, assumptions, algorithms, and implementation approaches to support enterprise adoption and long-term maintainability.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 5-9 years of experience
  • Relevant experience in full stack software development, including front-end and back-end engineering; financial services experience is a plus.
  • Experience building applications across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform interoperability, enterprise application architecture, and major tools or frameworks used across modern technology platforms.
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets and translate business problems into scalable, algorithmic, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technology stakeholders.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
