As Vice President of FP&A you will report to the company's Chief Financial Officer and serve as a key strategic leader driving financial planning, SaaS revenue modeling, and enterprise value creation. You will build and scale a high-performing FP&A team, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations, and lead transformative initiatives to optimize costs, accelerate growth, and support the company's dynamic trajectory. This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on execution to enable data-driven decisions across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Develop SaaS revenue models and key operating metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC).
- Drive margin expansion and cost optimization strategies across the business.
- Implement AI-driven analytics and tools to improve planning efficiency and decision support.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and executive leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide board-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to maximize enterprise value.
- Support go-to-market initiatives through evaluation and prioritization of growth opportunities.
M&A and Growth Initiatives
- Lead financial due diligence, integration, and synergy planning for acquisitions.
- Partner with private equity stakeholders to support growth and transformation strategies.
- Build scalable processes and systems to support high-paced, global expansion.
Sales Operations & Revenue Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Ensure transparent and effective sales compensation structures.
- Provide financial insights to guide pricing, margin analysis, and market prioritization.
Qualifications- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with emphasis on FP&A.
- Deep expertise in SaaS, technology, and telecom/IoT industries.
- Proven success in private and private equity-backed company environments.
- Strong systems knowledge: NetSuite, Qlik, Salesforce.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- MBA preferred
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may also be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000. Aeris also offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
