Job Description:

We are in search of an analyst with specialized expertise in financial services policy. Analysts are responsible for developing unique investment ideas based on rigorous policy analysis for our client base comprised of capital market and private equity investors. They interact regularly with politicians, regulators and other policymakers, as well as investors across the U.S financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and a demonstrated interest in policy and financial markets. A successful candidate will be a highly qualified professional with at least five years of experience in consulting, investment banking, policy analysis, or a related field.

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $135,000-$170,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool.

This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
