We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Finance Regulatory Change Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh:

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Business Technology Liaison - Analyze, defines and prioritizes business requirements and functional or operational specifications for moderate to large Regulatory mandated projects of increasing complexity.
  • Provides consultation to all areas of IT and business management for the application of Regulatory reporting to support business opportunities and planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Participates in and provides guidance on development of functional requirements and user documentation and testing.
  • Uses broad knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY corporate policies involving risk and control to support the development of improved business processes through technology.
  • Discusses and negotiates technical requirements and multi-departmental solutions, designs and implements innovative efficient auditable processes, and documents results for all levels of management. Identifies and communicates meaningful issues to management as part of the reporting process and suggests options to address and remediate.
  • Coordination with cross functional team, stakeholders, and technology team.
  • Works with senior management to ensure that the appropriate external reporting policies, methods, standards, processes, reporting and training are developed, applied and understood by impacted stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and knowledge of compliance in regulatory bodies. Recognized throughout the organization as the external reporting point of contact for a particular business/business partner area.
  • Leverages the most complex regulatory reporting techniques to achieve business objectives. Manage all activities related to the development and production of external reporting. Plans and implements policies, procedures and reporting activities across multiple businesses and locations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Strong knowledge of finance and regulatory reporting, including Capital, CCAR, and Statistical Reporting.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
