Full Job Description
As Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the financial strategy and long-term sustainability of the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making, ensure financial strength, and position the organization for continued growth while protecting the trust of our members.

This is an onsite position located in Orlando, FL.

Your Role in Our Mission:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership
    • Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with enterprise goals, growth plans, and long-term sustainability.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing financial insights that inform major business decisions and investments.
    • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to align financial priorities with operational initiatives and strategic objectives.
    • Support enterprise planning initiatives including growth strategies, product expansion, and operational investments.
  • Financial Planning, Budgeting & Performance Management
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning efforts across the organization.
    • Establish financial targets, performance metrics, and forecasting models that support sound decision-making.
    • Monitor organizational financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
    • Provide actionable financial analysis and insights to guide leadership decisions and operational improvements.
  • Financial Reporting & Executive Communication
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
    • Deliver clear, data-driven insights that translate complex financial information into meaningful business guidance.
    • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of all financial reporting.
    • Develop executive dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic oversight and accountability.
  • Treasury, Liquidity & Capital Management
    • Oversee treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management and adequate liquidity to support operations and growth.
    • Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and investment strategies.
    • Partner with Asset Liability Management (ALM) and finance teams to optimize balance sheet performance.
    • Support capital planning strategies to ensure long-term financial stability and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Identify and evaluate financial risks including market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks.
    • Implement financial controls and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's assets.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting standards.
    • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends impacting financial strategy within financial services.
  • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Strengthen financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
    • Promote data-driven decision making across the organization through financial insight and partnership.
