Job Purpose:
The Vice President, Enterprise Finance is a key member of the Finance Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team. The role provides enterprise financial leadership across planning, performance management, capital allocation, indirect procurement, corporate real estate, and transformation initiatives.
This executive delivers financial insight and decision support that enhance enterprise performance,optimizeresource allocation, improve shareholder value, and support sustainable growth. The role serves as the primary finance partner for enterprise operations, supplier management, and supply chain services while driving alignment across the broader finance organization.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic analysis processes that support executive and Board decision-making.
- Adviseexecutive leadership on enterprise strategy, capital allocation, investment priorities, and long-term value creation.
- Oversee enterprise financial reporting, analysis, and executive communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategicobjectives.
- Serve as the lead finance partner for enterprise operations, supplier management, and supply chain services,providingfinancial insight to improve performance and profitability.
- Lead financial evaluation and business case development for strategic growth, productivity, transformation, and technology investments, including monitoring realization of expected returns.
- Drive enterprise financial transformation through process improvement, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to enhance decision quality and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner across Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax, External Reporting, Audit, and Business Unit Finance to align enterprise performance, governance, and financialobjectives.
- Improve working capital performance, cash generation, and return on invested capital through financial discipline, analytics, and operational partnership.
- Lead indirect procurement and global real estate strategy tooptimizecost, risk, resourceutilization, and enterprise value.
- Build, develop, andretainhigh-performing teams while strengthening organizational capability and succession pipelines.

Professional Experience:
- Fifteen or more years of progressive leadership experience in finance, strategy, procurement, supply chain, operational excellence, or related disciplines within complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated success influencing enterprise strategy and delivering results through cross-functional leadership.
- Experience leading planning, performance management, transformation, capital allocation, procurement, or working capital initiatives.
- Proven partnership with executive leadership and core finance functions, including Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax, External Reporting, Audit, and operating finance teams.
- Experience in technology, distribution, supply chain,logistics, or similarly complex global operating environments preferred.
Education / Certification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
- MBA,Master'sdegree, CPA, or other advanced degree or certification preferred.
