Full Job Description
Purpose

Serve as the enterprise technology executive accountable for Customer, Operations, Financial and Support Function platforms, acting as a strategic partner to business leadership across the organization. Translate enterprise and business-unit strategies into integrated, multi-year technology roadmaps and ensure delivery through secure, scalable, and compliant platforms. Accountable for the end-to-end performance of enterprise application portfolios, driving digital transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Ensure technology investments are prioritized, governed, achieving business outcomes and executed in alignment with enterprise standards, while embedding strong program governance, risk management, and value realization practices across all technology initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as strategic technology partner to Customer, Operations, and Support Function executives (Finance, HR, Legal, Regulatory, EHS, Supply Chain, Facilities)
  • Translate business strategy into integrated, multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Lead enterprise demand governance and capital prioritization across portfolios
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable outcomes in customer and employee experience, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
  • Own enterprise platform portfolio across customer, operations, and back-office systems
  • Ensure applications are reliable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective
  • Drive modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Oversee vendor strategy, performance, and total cost of ownership
  • Establish and enforce enterprise governance, stage gates, and delivery standards
  • Provide executive portfolio oversight (risk, financial performance, benefits realization)
  • Lead PMO assurance and reporting across all major technology programs
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery maturity and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk standards
  • Proactively manage enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements
  • Lead continuity planning, incident response coordination, and post-incident improvements
  • Embed organizational change management practices across all major initiatives and drive collaborative culture
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies
  • Minimize disruption and ensure sustainable realization of business outcomes


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years in enterprise technology
  • Minimum 10 years as startegic enterprise leader, increasingly responsible for the end-to-end performance of enterprise application portfolios
  • Ownership of large-scale, enterprise application portfolios (budget, lifecycle, and vendor management)
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives
  • Strong capability translating business strategy into executable technology roadmaps and measurable KPIs
  • Extensive experience in portfolio management, governance, and delivery assurance
  • Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and continuity planning
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, ITIL/ITSM, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and accountability
  • Data-driven, continuous improvement mindset
