Vice President, Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our Enterprise CRM (ECRM) group - a team empowered to move fast, solve hard problems, and shape the future of client engagement across BNY Mellon. This role is located in
Lake Mary, FL.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Build high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform, powering Sales, Service, and strategic workflows
- Deliver modern apps using Power Platform tools - from model-driven apps to advanced Power Automate flows and low-code logic
- Craft clean, secure customizations using C# plugins, custom connectors, JavaScript, and PCF controls
- Own DevOps and ALM: automate deployments, manage managed solutions, and ensure quality with every release
- Collaborate directly with business and architecture to turn complex needs into elegant, scalable experiences
- Troubleshoot issues with precision, improve platform health with telemetry, and continuously raise the technical bar
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 5 or more years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Experience building in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Deep technical understanding of Dataverse, Azure, Plugins, BPFs, security models, and integration patterns
- Confidence in building with REST APIs, Graph API, and delivering secure, scalable business logic
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, solution layering, and agile product development.
- Technical expertise in set up of DevOps Pipelines.
- A passion for clean architecture, secure-by-design engineering, and continuous delivery
- You care about performance, governance, and how platforms scale in regulated enterprise environments

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
