About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President, Data, Telemetry & Engineering Lead who is responsible for building the data and technology foundation that enables business insights, management telemetry, and scalable reporting. This role transforms fragmented data into decision-ready information and develops tools that make data usable, trusted, and actionable. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Design and maintain the business operations data architecture and analytics ecosystem.

  • Develop telemetry solutions that provide real-time visibility into operational performance.

  • Lead data engineering efforts supporting KPI reporting, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.

  • Build automated reporting and workflow solutions that improve scalability and efficiency.

  • Establish data quality standards, controls, and governance practices.

  • Partner with Technology teams to integrate enterprise data sources and platforms.

  • Create self-service analytics capabilities for leadership and business partners.

  • Support AI-enabled insights, automation opportunities, and advanced analytics initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting speed, quality, and usability.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, or technology.

  • Success in building enterprise reporting and dashboard environments.

  • Expertise in data architecture, visualization platforms, and automation tools.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.

  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
