We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Governance to join our Markets Data Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data governance strategies by leveraging expertise in data management and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity, supporting informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Design and enforce data governance policies and standards to align with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data governance frameworks, driving continuous improvement and innovation in data management.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Math/Statistics, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 3 to 7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Banking, Finance or Markets background preferred
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
