Manage integrated communications programs that span earned media relations, issues management, crisis communication, executive positioning, content strategy, stakeholder engagement, and digital channels-working efficiently under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

Build and maintain relationships with top-tier business, trade, policy, and industry reporters and editors critical to client reputation and brand positioning.

Coordinate rapid-response protocols and crisis communication efforts, serving as key communicator during sensitive issues or operational challenges.

Lead storytelling and message development that reflects sophisticated understanding of corporate client business models, industry dynamics, stakeholder concerns, and competitive landscape.

Coordinate with internal teams across multiple workstreams; ensure clarity on deliverables, deadlines, accountability, and strategic alignment.

Support team members with clear direction, remove blockers, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Model excellence in client service, strategic thinking, and professional execution.

Executive positioning and thought leadership background- experience positioning corporate leaders as industry experts, developing speaking opportunities, managing bylined content, and building executive brand and visibility.

Demonstrated strategic counsel capabilities-ability to provide senior-level advice on complex reputation challenges, develop comprehensive communications strategies, and counsel executives on stakeholder engagement and business-critical communications decisions.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills- ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, coordinate across teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight timelines without compromising quality.

Proven ability to build and mentor teams, develop junior- and mid-level talent, and support the career growth and professional development of others.
