We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our GCO team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, United States.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • The Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the Corporate Actions & Tax operations at BNY.
  • This management position is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of corporate actions, aligning with BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and client focus.
  • By fostering a culture of collaboration and responsibility, this role supports BNY's principles, promoting a client-centric approach and operational integrity. The Vice President will lead a team dedicated to maintaining high standards and achieving operational efficiency within the Corporate Actions & Tax function.
  • Lead and manage the Corporate Actions team by demonstrating expertise in corporate actions processes and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, supporting BNY's commitment to excellence. -
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. -
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives. -

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
