Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control to join our Depositary Receipts team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL, or New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and implement control frameworks by leveraging expertise in risk assessment and management.
- Leverage the Platform control inventory (RCSA), ensuring it aligns with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX), and industry best practices; amend controls as required off the back of operating risk events.
- Partner with Platform Leadership Team consisting of Product Managers, Engineering, Operations and Corporate partners to ensure Pod development work aligns with our Risk and Control Framework.
- Lead root-cause analyses for control failures or near-misses, developing and executing action plans to permanently remediate issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement and drive initiatives to enhance control processes.
- Escalate significant control deficiencies or emerging risks to the Platform Control Lead and senior stakeholders and drive timely remediation.
- Execute control testing on areas of high risk to assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing control health, trends, and improvement initiatives
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
